General provisions

This Privacy Policy sets out how personal data of kyop.tech (the "Site") visitors is processed, in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" of July 27, 2006, since the Site and the KYOP product are operated from and governed by the Russian Federation.

By using the Site and submitting the early-access form, you confirm that you have read and agree to this Policy.

Data controller

The legal entity name, registration number and address of the personal data controller will be published on this page once the entity is registered. Until then, the Site's data is handled by the KYOP project team.

What we collect

When you submit the early-access form, we collect your email address and your selected interface language.

We also collect technical data needed to operate and protect the Site: IP address, browser type, and the date and time of your visit.

Purposes of processing

We process this data to notify you when KYOP's early access opens, to respond to inquiries, and to keep anonymized Site traffic statistics.

Legal basis

Processing of early-access form data is based on your consent (Art. 6, 152-FZ), given when you submit the form.

Retention period

Data is retained until the product launches and public registration opens, or until you withdraw consent – whichever happens first.

Disclosure to third parties

We do not share personal data with third parties, except as required by Russian law, or with technical service providers (hosting, email delivery) who process data solely on our instructions.

Your rights

You may request information about how your data is processed, request its correction, blocking or deletion, and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to privacy@kyop.tech.

If you believe your rights have been violated, you may file a complaint with Roskomnadzor, the Russian data protection authority.

Cookies & analytics

The Site only uses a strictly necessary cookie to remember your selected interface language. No analytics services are connected as of the publication of this Policy; if any are added later, this Policy will be updated and a cookie-consent banner will be added to the Site.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page; the last-updated date is shown at the top.
