General provisions
These Terms of Use govern the use of kyop.tech (the "Site"), which presents information about the KYOP product. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
Product status
KYOP is currently in active development and, as of the publication of these Terms, has not launched commercially. Information on the Site is provided for informational purposes and may change as the product evolves.
Use of the Site
The Site is provided "as is". You agree not to use the Site for anything unlawful under Russian law, including automated data scraping, unauthorized access attempts, or spamming the early-access form.
Intellectual property
The KYOP name, logo, text, graphics and other Site materials are intellectual property and may not be used without the prior written consent of the rights holder.
Early-access form
By submitting your email through the early-access form, you agree to receive informational messages about the KYOP launch. Data handling rules are set out in the Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability
We do not guarantee a specific launch date for KYOP, uninterrupted Site availability, or that all information on the Site is free of inaccuracies. Site materials do not constitute a public offer under Article 437 of the Russian Civil Code.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of the Russian Federation. Disputes are resolved in accordance with applicable Russian law.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.
